Hi All,

This is very good question Sven. What is the difference between our
memory and a paper sheet
or computer database with all callsigns that You can recall from the
past ? In the usage ? No one cares.

According to these newly presented rules, everyone should destroy their
own databases collected through
many years of operation, and finally, CLEAR their own memory from any
callsign they can remember, using
some brain-wash genuine process. Watch out for Morse code database
inside the brain !

In other words, every operator should take a huge drawback in order to
bring the contest to the new, bright level of 'purity'.
Back to the pencil and paper log + snail-mail skeds.

Personally, I find these regulations unclear, with more wormholes for
'smart' operators than before.
