[Moon-net] 3.4 GHz EME

Hello all,
                well much to my surprise it looks like 3.4GHz might become popular again!
Before I take the time to assemble the station I would like to know how many would make the effort to have 3400 Rx capability.

I am trying to get clarification from the licensing authorities, but it would seem that I am unable to Tx on 3456 due to an allocation to defence in my geographical location.

I can / will add 3.456 Rx capability but could I have a direct response from all those on 3456 whom would be willing to add 3.4 GHz Rx capability?

Initially I would have  approx 40 W at the feed and I will probably go with Linear Pol..to start with but CP  makes more sense if others are encouraged to do so.
Will this be enough to work some of you ?
