Brian,
Whilst I am not QRV yet, I do have a 9cm transverter, and a couple of the 
Toshiba PAs also.
Of course this would not be needed to work you, the 14W I run now would be 
more than adequate even if I am linearly polarised.
I have got an old c Band feed for the 2.4m  dish. All I would need is a 3456 
RX converter
I have no immediate plans to be active with a fully implemented system, but 
it would not take much to get a basic system running. I will probably be 
there if you get yourselves on 9cm!
