Hello Johann,
Perhaps this is an example where you might be able to find a discarded
Microwave Oven and salvage a compatible HV transformer from that, if you can
find one with voltages in the right range. Here in the US, it is easy to
find at Thrift stores, older Micrwave ovens for very cheap.
