Please don't attribute this to me, I was only asking since this is 
what Amateur Radio Newsline Published.  I read it on QRZ.com, but 
that was just a copy from the original site:

I did not claim that is what happened.  I was just asking about what 
I read about.  This Amateur Radio Newsline is listened to and read 
around the world.  Those in the know should contact AR Newsline ASAP 
if this is not true as they will be playing this on hundreds of 
repeaters in the near future as well as read and listened to on the 
internet.  You will also want to contact QRZ.com.
