[Moon-net] 23 cm operation

I managed to restart my EL actuator, missed all JA and VK stations, will see
you guys tomorrow. Worked just 17 stations, heard also N2UO, IK3COJ, EA3UM,
HB9Q RW3BP and W1DRZ. Activity was rather poor, hope to work more next moon
pass.
As I am not competing, just giving points and looking for new initials, will
be mostly calling CQ at the bottom of the band.
