[Moon-net] 4X1IF QRV in contest

Ralph informs that he will be QRV in ARRL EME Contest around 144.090 MHz. He
only operates random CW, so don't send him JT65 requests.  Ralph has a array
of 4 small Yagis and KW and he usually puts up a good signal via the Moon.
