[Moon-net] 432mhz activity

Hi all, I was on last night till about 04.00 and didn't hear a peep. I was 
listening and watching spectran whilst tuning about. But the strange thing 
is, I kept seeing swirls on the spectran screen and hearing a weak whooshing 
noise the appeared and disappeared regardless of what freq. I was listening 
too....
Can this be a duff preamp can they hate me so much???
I seem to be plagued by them acting up on me.... anyone got any ideas of 
what I may be doing wrong???
