[Moon-net] CW Operating proceedures

I do intend to try some CW during the ARRL EME Contest but would like to 
try some before hand.  Is there  a web site or two that describes the CW 
procedures?

Perhaps a big gun might indulge me in some practice this weekend on 2 
meters (if I can get my antenna control problem fixed and my amp up and 
running.

I tried copying CW last year but the one problem I have is tenitus and it 
is getting quite loud so my weak signal copy is not the best.
