[Moon-net] View angles for EME

Folks:

A large part of the EMEers we want to work from Jamesburg, are in the area 
of and around Europe.  At Jamesburg, the antenna is in a valley, with 
sizeable hills all around.   I looked towards Europe and measured the 
vertical angle to the horizon, and found it to be 14 degrees vertical angle. 
  Is that going to cause dificulties reaching Europe, because of an 
excessively high angle?

What is a program I can use to see intervisiblity on the Earth on an EME 
path?
