[Moon-net] 5A7A is active

Frank was on this morning and making QSO's, doing an excellent job. 
Many were calling on his frequency, but you must call one kHz or more 
below him to get his attention. I witnessed several complete QSO's, 
including KB8RQ, CT1HZE, S52LM, DK3WG,  PA0ZH., and my own. I am sure 
there were a few I missed. Frank is not sending 73, which of course 
is saving a lot of time, and a good strategy.  The 5A7A web site is
