As someone who has been lurking around the EME mailing lists for the
last several weeks I appreciate your comment and encouragement.
I've decided to put together a modest (at first) EME station in 2007.
I have little experience with weak signal work - outside of having had
a lot of fun with AO-10 and AO-13 back in the early 1990s.
Reading this list and visiting many of the Web sites of those
operators from around the world who hang out here has given me both a
desire to assemble a station and enough information to at least make
some initial equipment decisions.
I hope that by next Summer I will be able to work many of you via
moonbounce but I'll apologize in advance if I end up asking too many
questions. I want to join the fun too!
