If you are looking for a way to send perfect CW from a computer, let 
me recommend WinKey, which is a outboard piece of hardware that 
connects to the computer through a com port or a USB port (depending 
on the model). This unit  comes in kit form and is reasonably priced 
from K1EL. I have both types here, and they work flawlessly. If you 
are interested you can do a Google search for K1EL and get details there.
