I will add networking into Linrad (again). It will be possible to pick 
up the multicasted noise-blanked wideband output from Linrad on the
same computer or on any other computer on the same local network.

This will allow several operators on several computers hunting 
for interesting signals in a wide bandwidth (for multi-operator
contesting) It will also be a convenient way for MAP65 and any 
other software that may become available to pick up the signal.
