[Moon-net] HB9Q November update

Dear friends

We had, as many others did, a great month thanks to the DX-peditions from
Frank 5A7A 144 and 432, Ned TZ6NS on 144 and Maximo HK1DX on 432! Many
thanks to their effort! Of course it was a great pleasure to work Sulaiman
7Z1SJ on 144 also for an exciting new one!
