[Moon-net] coupler for 23cm

dear all,

I'm looking for a proper way to combine two sections of  approx. 60Watt RF power for 23cm.
I have info  on a coupler using 75Ohm coaxial cable, but prefer small pieces of semi-rigid.
It uses 1/4 and 3/4 wavelength pieces. I prepared one for the input section but unsatified to get good balance for both ports.
(-3.2dB and -4dB for the ports). 
Anyone can suggest or help?
