[Moon-net] soundcard for SDR radio tests wanted

Hallo all EMEers ...

and sorry for bandwith...

i am looking for one/some "not to expensive" soundcards with high 
sampling frequency 192kHz and 24 Bit resolution for the use as a 
computer based SDR....for my IF

Please send me information on useable cards (compatible drivers for 
W98/W2K/WXP)with wideband frequency responce and low distortion in the 
audio way.....(good A/D way also on design)
